That You May Believe: Good Shepherd
October 16
Good Shepherd by Pastor Jeff Cloeter
There are times that Christians treat Jesus as a doctrine and not a person. Jesus confronts that notion by referring to himself as “The Good Shepherd.” It is an intimately personal relationship. Believing involves “knowing,” recognizing his voice and responding to it. Where have we treated Jesus like a religion? How do we know and follow him more personally? “I am the Good Shepherd. I know my own and my own know me, just as the Father knows me and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep.” (John 10:14-15)
John 10:10-18
