Rev Jeff Cloeter
Senior Pastor
A native of Minnesota, Pastor Jeff has been at Christ Memorial since 2005. After working in youth ministry and planting Christ Memorial’s city site, Reliant, he has been senior pastor since 2014. Pastor Jeff and his wife Bobbi have four children – Bella, Joshua, Emily, and Jacob.
Rev Paul Dickerson
Christ Memorial Site Pastor/Pastor of Discipleship
A native of Michigan, Pastor Paul joined Christ Memorial following his graduation from Concordia Seminary in 2020. He serves as campus pastor at Christ Memorial with a focus on discipleship and community groups. His wife Pamela services as operations manager of Crave Coffeehouse. They have two children – Jack and Sarah.
Rev Nathan Schultz
Reliant Site Pastor
A native of Michigan, Pastor Nathan has been with us since 2022. He is committed to ministry primarily at Reliant Church in Midtown, St. Louis, but finds joy in caring for God’s people at Christ Memorial as well. He is overjoyed to call St. Louis his home.
Dana Shearman
Director of Operations
Dana joined the Christ Memorial staff as Director of Operations, working with church leadership to further Loved+Sent through alignment of church resources. Dana grew up at Christ Memorial and is a graduate of Green Park and Lutheran South. Dana and her husband Chris have three daughters–Nora, Audra, and Emma.

Mark Senechal
Director of Worship
A native of upstate NY, Mark joined the Christ Memorial staff in 2014, and has over 20 years ministry experience serving congregations in FL, CA, TX, and AZ. He and his wife Susan have two adult children, and a lovable German Shepherd named Lyric.

Daniel Meyer
Director of Formation
Born and raised in St. Louis, Daniel joined the staff in 2010 after serving in Minnesota. Daniel’s ministry focuses on middle and high school youth and their families as well as our Live Streaming of worship services. He is married to Beth, 1st Grade teacher at Green Park Lutheran. Their children are Caleb, Elise, and Aiden.
Mackenzie Bick
Family & Children’s Ministry Coordinator
Mackenzie was born and raised in St. Louis and is a lifelong member of Christ Memorial. She serves as the Family and Children’s Ministry Coordinator, where she helps families to grow as lifelong disciples of Jesus. You can also find Mackenzie working with Christ Memorial Productions and The Harbor Leadership Collective.

Ron Becher
Maintenance Services; Tenant Relations
Born in St. Louis and has been attending Christ Memorial since 1965, Ron is a veteran of both the Marine Corps and Army. A retiree from AT&T with 35 years’ service, he joined the Christ Memorial Staff as Facility Maintenance Tech in 2017. Ron was the Affton School Board President for 2 years and was awarded the Affton Citizen of the Year in 2008. He is married to Cheryl Becher, also on Christ Memorial staff. They have 3 children, Jessica, Nicholas and Susan and 2 grandchildren, Calliope and Elaia.
