In All Things: NYG Overview by DCE Daniel Meyer

Offered every 3 years since 1980, the LCMS Youth Gathering provides thousands of youth and adults the opportunity to come together as a community of God’s people to learn more about Jesus Christ, the Christian faith and their Lutheran identity.  This year’s Gathering was held in Houston, Texas. The Gathering theme was “In All Things” from Colossians chapter 1.

Over the course of a week, students from Christ Memorial and other Lutheran churches from around the country and world encountered our Lord through worship, study of God’s Word, Christian fellowship, service, and recreation. We are excited to share our experiences and learnings from the Gathering today. We pray that you too will encounter and see that God is “In All Things.”
