What does Pentecost mean for us now? God’s Spirit is sent to those who witnessed His resurrection to continue the work Jesus began. Today we hear two scenes. First, everyone shares all things in common. Second, those who have shared everything are left with nothing but the healing message of Jesus. God’s spirit worked in the hearts of His people then, and continues to work in our hearts now.
