The Parable of the Talents by Pastor Paul Dickerson

It’s the end . . . of the church calendar.  The focus becomes the return of Jesus, the end of the old age, and the beginning of the new.  Jesus told a series of stories that point to the Last Day.  The consistent theme: Stay awake.  Watch.  The King is coming.  We say, “Come quickly, Lord Jesus.”
