Midweek Lenten Services
This Lent we follow Jesus as he faces evil in the hours before his death. What is evil? Who is doing evil against Jesus during Passion Week? What are ways in which we are complicit in evil? Do we take evil seriously? Robert Kolb said, “Instead of an answer to evil, God offers a Person.” As we experience evil in our own lives, discover how Jesus stands in the face of evil.
Lenten midweek services begin on March 2nd (Ash Wednesday). There will be services at noon and 6:30 each Wednesday through Lent (the 6:30 pm service will be livestreamed and available on YouTube–see the drop down menus below for links to the services).
There will also be a pre-service dinner served each Wednesday at 5:30 pm! Click the button above to RSVP.

Ash Wednesday
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the season of Lent. Christians use the 40 days before Easter as a time of reflection and repentance. Ash Wednesday starts this journey with the raw sentence for sin: “Dust you are, and to dust you shall return” (Gen. 3:19). Every human will die. No one is immune. We remember our mortality, and at the same time look to the Savior who alone turns ashes into new life.
