Today we celebrate our Reformation heritage and the foundational truth that Jesus has set us free by grace, through faith in Him alone (Eph. 2:8-9). And we rejoice with our confirmands who will receive their first communion, the very body and blood of Jesus.

We continue in our “Strange People” series by considering the sacraments – a physical element combined with God’s Word and promise. In what ways are Christians a sacramental people?
