Christian Identity: Part 1 by Pastor Jeff Cloeter

Catholic spiritual writer Henri Nouwen wrote that we often seek ultimate identity in these ways: “I am what I do, what I have, or what others say about me.”  In the season of Epiphany, we spend three weeks getting to the heart of Christian identity.  In a society desperate to choose identity in a myriad of ways, how does a Christian answer “Who am I?”  We’ll acknowledge the temptations we face and explore practices that keep us grounded in our primary identity as the beloved in Christ.
