In this season, you have celebrations, meals, and  parties to attend. In worship you will sing your favorite hymns and have Christmas joy at the sight of decorations. There will be the sharing of gifts and traditions among family and friends. It is all good and beautiful, but is there more?
Throughout scripture, we hear of a promised rescuer, one who will be named Jesus. Jesus is . . . more than we ever expected.  Each week in Advent, we unpack a name or term that deepens our understanding of who Jesus is and what He does.  Today, Jesus is . . . Wisdom.
