The apostle Paul speaks in a mysterious way when he describes the church. He calls the church, “the body.” A body has parts, each of which are important and meant to work together for the good of one another. The body is a picture of how our new life in Christ works.

This summer, we will explore a Letter Paul wrote to the church in Corinth.  We take time to rest, reflect, and learn what our life together as “the body” means.

Today we also celebrate the vocation of fatherhood in all its forms.  We thank God for fathers, grandfathers, and all godly men who bless our lives and point us to Jesus.
