Seed: Start Small: by Pastor Paul Dickerson
The little seed is inconspicuous. Don’t be deceived. God works in small things/people. He starts with little and multiplies it. In this way, he gets all the glory. There is no confusion about who is the creative force behind it all.
So too in this world the church is often hidden. We may appear inconsequential. But don’t be fooled. God is working subversively. Small people and small projects, in the hand of God, can bear exponential fruit. “Blessed are the meek (lowly), for they shall inherit the earth.”
We value the empowerment of everyday, ordinary Christians. Pastors play a role, but we’ve always been a church where everyone is an active part. When Jesus is the head, there is no unimportant part of the body
